Refund and Cancellation Policy


We currently do not have a refund policy. This means that once a service has been paid for, we cannot offer a refund.

This is because we work hard to meet our clients demands and even go the extra mile to exceed their demands. We accommodate this to the extent that a fair usage of our services allow.

However, we are mindful of the fact that a few cases may deserve a refund. We are therefore going to make such concession where it is deserving.


Some may want to exchange a service for which they have paid for another one. We can accommodate such request only if it is made within 24 hours of payment for a service.

We cannot honour an exchange request after 24 hours of paying for a service.


We do not honour a cancellation request once we receive the payment for a service. We take our services seriously and we tailor every one of them in a manner that accelerates our clients' ROI. In essence, there is really no need to cancel any service that is proven to improve ROI.
